Customer Support Series: Adding Additional Form Fields to the Video Recording Process

Customer Support SeriesWe recently received the following support request from one of our customers:

We’re looking to add more form fields after the video recording process, such as age and zip code. Is there a way that we can accomplish this, or are we only allowed to capture their name and email address?

It’s definitely possible to capture more information above and beyond name and email address. You’ll want to follow the steps below in order to add more form fields to the video recording process…

Using the “Advanced Options” setting

From the BUILD tab within your campaign, you’ll notice a link for the “Advanced Options” setting. Click on this link to expand more campaign options:

Click on the “+Add form field” link to add additional fields to your form. You can add as many as you’d like:

Where these changes will appear

Once your customers record their video, they’ll be redirected to fill out the form. Here’s where they’ll see the new form fields you’ve just addd to your campaign:
